Refunds And Returns

We hope you love your purchase. If not, feel free to return it. Some items are eligible for return if they are:
un-worn, un-washed, un-altered and have the original tags still attached
received within 10 days to the date it was delivered or purchased
Buyer is responsible for returned shipping costs. We suggest getting tracking for the package, for we are not responsible for any
lost in transit packages. There will also be a re-stocking fee on certain items.
We cannot guarantee we will be able to exchange your item because of limited availability. However, if we are able to, buyer is
responsible for shipping both ways.
Please make sure you check your order upon delivery. If you nd any problems with your order, please contact us within 5
business days of it’s arrival, or buyer assumes responsibility

We are currently looking for ways to improve our international shipping prices and returns policy. At the moment, we are unable to provide prepaid return labels for addresses outside the U.S. As a result, international customers are responsible for return shipping. Please contact customer service for more info.

To start, head over to our Returns Center and have your order number or email address handy.
Click ‘Return Item’ for the product(s) you wish to return.
Complete the guided steps within the Return Center, selecting if you’d like to return the item or possibly exchange for another size, and obtain a pre-paid return shipping label.
Follow the instructions on how to send back your item(s).
Once your item is returned to the warehouse, you will be refunded to your original method of payment.

How to make a return or exchange in our retail stores –

Products purchased online or in-store can be returned or exchanged in a Tanner Goods retail location.
Currently, we are unable to give cash refunds. We can only process refunds to the same credit card used for purchase or give the refund as a store credit.
